Replacing paper or looking for paper defects before loading paper in a tray can resolving jamming and misfeeding.

Paper that has been exposed outside the tray in the open air can contract moisture that can lead to jamming.

When loading paper make sure that the paper selection popup on the screen is correctly set to your loaded paper.
